Every three years, we voluntarily request that The Joint Commission reviews us against their set of accreditation requirements. Our continued success in the accreditation program is a direct reflection of our commitment to our mission and vision. We request that if you have questions about our report, you call us. Questions can be forwarded to our Quality Improvement Department, whose director can discuss any or all of these reports. How Do I Qualify
A patient must be homebound with a condition due to an illness or injury that restricts the ability or is medically contraindicated to leave the place of residence, except with the aid of supporting devices. We specialize in series for: older, disabled/convalescent persons who do not require institutional care, but sill need assistance in meeting ongoing health care needs; and for the ill that would like to participate in the rehabilitation process.
A home health patient must also be supported through Medicare or any other private insurance. Did you know?… Most patients would prefer to recover at home, where recovery occurs much quicker, given the comfort of their surroundings. Familiar surroundings place patients at ease, calm fears, and bring a sense of normalcy.
