Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Experience in home health care or public health nursing is preferred but not required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Good leadership skills are required.
Job Type: Part-Time Required Education:
- Associate’s (ADN) with 2 years nursing experience or Bachelor’s RN (BSN-RN) with 1 year nursing experience

Director of Nursing (Full-Time):
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State.
- Three to five years of experience in health care/home care is preferred.
- Two years of experience in a supervisory position is preferred.
- Knowledge and ability to apply community health principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Agency policies and procedures.
- Able to mentor and direct a team of healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work with individuals.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
