What will I benefit from Home Health One?

My home health aide got sick. Will there be a substitute?
Certainly, another home health aide will go to your place to cover for the absence of your home health aide.
Do I have a say in who my care provider should be?
Yes, in every aspect of the services you’ll receive, we will give you the care provider you want in your home. If you want to change your care provider, you may also do so. Your satisfaction is highly valued by our team.
I need to speak to one of the management persons about some concerns beyond office hours. Is there someone I can talk to?
Yes, any time of the day. Even beyond office hours, there is a person and not an answering machine who will listen and respond to your concerns. We take care of you because our task in better health improvement has become our life.
If I get your services, will I sign a contract?
We will sign an agreement for payment terms and rates. However, you may opt to cancel your use of our services anytime.
